• HOW NEW LIFE HOUSE TRUST ORIGINATED - GUDIYATTAM.
• During the Year 2009 the managing trustee was working with various NGO organizations in the field of alcoholism/drug addiction/Psychiatric Treatment in Bangalore and Chennai. Keeping in mind the service motto and experience, We formed a New Trust in the year 2020 in the name of NEW LIFE HOUSE TRUST IN Gudiyattam. With an ultra modern 20 bedded facility for rehabilitation of drug & alcohol dependents with a homely atmosphere.
• New Life House Trust has employed qualified professionals to serve those men and women who are addicted to alcohol and drugs, bearing in mind that addiction is a progressive & fatal disease which affects the individual, family and the society.
• These individuals also run a risk caused by certain behavioural patterns. They need special care and understanding with a dignified and psychological approach to prevent degeneration of self and family, poverty and crime which leads to a moral and social breakdown. We also firmly believe a that these individuals can become responsible and productive.
• The founder & Chairman, Mr.K.K. Siva Shanmugam and a group of likeminded recovering alcoholics and addicts decided to establish New Life House Trust, de-addiction/rehabilitation centre/half way home for alcohol and drug abusers, and also extend care and support to those men and women with this addiction after they leave the rehabilitation centre.
